I'm Beau, married with three young kiddoes, life is busy! I am originally from the UK but came to Western Australia for an adventure and some sunshine! We have settled on a rural property in the Great Southern region which is beautiful.

Drip Designs has been born out of a love of re-finishing pieces of furniture which were needing a little love within our home. I started reading lifestyle and DIY blogs, slowly learning the techniques and the materials required to make a forgotten or sad/drab piece, back into a stunning, feature item to love for years to come!

I was lucky enough to be spotted by Annie Sloan via social media and asked to be one of her first Painters in Residence which has been a fantastic experience!

I LOVE Chalk Paint and use it and its varying techniques on most of my pieces - I would describe my style as a mix of French country chic and quirky ;)

I have an ever-increasing interest in re-using rather than purchasing new & crazy priced furniture pieces, I love to make our house a home, filled with interesting finds which all have a story to tell....
